My name is Joe Anderson, Ph.D. and I provide forensic consultation on the alcohol breath test (ABT). My ABT expertise stems from my years of research on breath tests and studying the movement of alcohol and similar gases throughout the body, across the lung and into the exhaled breath. In addition, I can provide advice relating to transdermal alcohol testing as performed by Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor (SCRAM) and other similar devices. Finally, I can develop mathematical models and perform calculations to recreate possible scenarios related to alcohol ingestion, metabolism, and elimination from the body.
